Olympia, be proud of me! I went to the LFS and I DIDN'T get the baby black ghost knifefish! I almost almost almost oh-so-tempted did but I managed to restrain myself. It was so cute, swimming around upside down!

Bekah, they were sold as Venezuelan Red Sailfin cories but someone else on the forum told me they were just variants of bronze cories so I really don't know what they are. Here's a pic.


EDIT: They look much darker now because they are on black sand, not natural.

they do look a lot like my bronze guys. if we could find out for sure/pretty sure, i'd take them in. what would shipping be?

I was seriously about to convince myself that I could keep it in a 15gal until early next year when I move.

EDIT: Bekah, it's just a guess but I'd say shipping would be somewhere between $15 and $30 priority.

EDIT II: Bekah, just read on the web that the Venezeulan cory is indeed a variant of the bronze cories, listed officially as corydoras aeneus var. "Venezuela."
