Gouramis never stop pooing.

Does anyone else get protective any time they see someone looking at bettas in a store? "Wait, don't buy one unless you really know how to take care of it!" "Back off! Yes, you with the 1/2 gal fishbowl in your hand! Get away from the bettas now!"

Hahah, no but boy was I tempted. But I figured setting off the security alarm while trying to look at cameras was bad enough and I should lay low (it was Wal-Mart).

There was some kid in walmart that was shaking a betta cup, I picked it up and put them all on shelves above his head till he left

Yeah, I think they are slightly nocturnal. They are active at all times but I notice mine are more active at night. I also noticed if I turn a light on suddenly, they close up and fall off the glass.
