Tiki! Same here. Tech supposedly showed up. But never called. Secure building, he never called my cell #, and even if he -did- buzz, my phone is dead too.

Supposedly on a priority for tomorrow. Yea right.

Three new girls, all either egged up or parasited. Yellow poo. Tomorrow I move them into a step up... large salad bowl. Holds a liter anyways. When the look good, five ladies to intro/ reintro.

Also cute pics of my cat, and why I'm not allowed water.

Popping in briefly to say hi!

Aahnay, it was a brand new aluminum trough but the man at the koi store said it would be best to coat it so that the metals didn't leech anything into the water that could hurt the koi. Sooo, that's what we did. :D Apparently, the Rubberize It stuff can be used on just about anything, from concrete to wood. He said when he makes fences, he coats the bottom of the posts in it to ward off erosion.

Olympia, you're so sweeeeeeeeeet!

Silver, if the poo is yellow, it's probably eggy poo.

Kinetic, in general you don't need to mess with pH unless you're trying to keep some really delicate fish. You can just leave your pH alone unless it's like 9.0 or something.

Be back later. :)
