Art. I used to paint a lot. And draw. And write. (here comes my grandma voice of reason), your age is a very confusing one. I survived acting like a hippy and expressing myself through art. I still have a lot of my poems, pictures and paintings. I was especially messed up growing up.. Here's a pic I drew of my 2 dogs when I was 16 or 17 years old (I don't know how I did it, because I can't do it anymore)

I caught my boy (snail) red handed, stripping layers of healthy green off my stem plants. He was going to town on it.

Laki, that's soo good. I actually did a ton of art until fish started draining my funds and time.
Now my only artistic release is aquascaping.

Try meditation olympia, it teaches you to clear your mind and relax. Believe me it really helps. Due to my past I have enormous anxiety with people but particularly when I'm alone. My thoughts still trouble me, and bring up all the old wounds. Until my stomach knots and I have a panic attack. So with me it's either keep busy which can be exausting or meditate.

Sleep is not even an option for me for escape as I do believe I suffer from post traumatic stress, which causes nightmares really bad ones. But that's another story for another time.
