They'd better have died of shame. Shame for not doing their job... Mine too. Although I'm okay feeding them bloodworms if it means I can phase out my ponds. I don't want them anymore and I'm REALLY glad I didn't get a problem in my tank. If I introduce snails in the future to my tank it will be nerites (if that means the cute stripey ones you all have).. But I want colorful ones like yellow rabbit snails.
Guys, it's 8am here. I woke up with Matt (who works 8am) at 7am.. I did it because I want today to be productive. And the vet needs to have bunny's medicine ready- waited yesterday for about 20 minutes at the vet for them to tell me the suspension liquid wasn't in (which makes baytril safe for bunnies)..

On the plus, her abscess was thoroughly drained by Dr.Laki and her assistant Matt and has not grown back yet. Still needs antibiotics to clear away the rest of the infection (I know its still there)..
Vet charge for draining abscess and "day surgery"= 260$CA
Laki's charge for draining abscess= about 10$ for all the sterile supplies.... And whatever baytril costs...
We did the same bloody thing
