Cute! They look like koi though, not ranchu.

I hope my snails don't crawl out of the tub they're in. Also hope the coons don't try to grab 'em. Forgot about that.

Becareful around flie infested places. My puk apparently laid in front of mouse holes, where this kind of fly lays eggs, and the eggs got on him face, body etc.. and they hatch and chew their way out.

was on vacation, came home to the girl saying he got out, and they couldnt catch him. OMG...

He came in covered in blood bleeding from mout! Ran him to the vet.. well, he had a broken pallet! vet said somebody hit him hard on the top of the head to crack it like that, he would be fine.

I asked about being shot, he laughed and said no and explained the worms/flies thing. He had everyone go over him several times looking for the places, looking for rice under the skin, and took them out. Poor PUK! He made it, but I didnt go on vacation again for a long time!

Wow, I never knew flies could do that to a small animal. Horses and cows, I knew, but dogs and cats . . . no.

Yeah i dont know ranchu, found it fun the way they followed the mouse though, like my girls following my finger, the two wmart girls jump up I have to feed them quickly and get the top on! Today, one was out again.

It just does this sinking still feeling in my stomach when i look in and it empty. Then i sigh relief, and look in the tub of water. lol she didnt go far either. She was right next to her jar thingy.

its a different flie, bots on horse/cows,

Also had a cat get um.. ummmm for people they used to keep them away, lepracy. That was Foxy, she was born in a birds nest in the born, till she fell between the double barn walls. Had to pry off boards to get her out. lol Anyway in seattle she got lepracy all over her tummy.

The vets loved her, she always came out of the kennel purring, never afraid. That lepracy was also from mice or rats.. in the blackberry bushes. So, mom tore them all out again.

She was fine though, It would go away and come back. Just put a cream on it. Foxy lady... she was too, Silver manx.

I had no idea cats could get leprosy either. But in the old days, leprosy was a term used for any kind of contagious, flesh-eating disease so I guess it makes sense that an animal could get leprosy too.

I wish I had a manx type cat.

EDIT: Night Aahnay!
