If you take the picture just right, you can sure create some pretty cool illusions.

Maybe your cat had something special in her blood that drove off fleas. Lucky kitty.

Mosquitoes hate my brother. Must be that contrary Swedish blood. They like my mom though, so I dunno.

I need 3 for dogs and 2 for cats

I got some diatatomous earth that is food grade quality but who the hell would want to EAT that? Its like ground up chalk . I rubbed it into my dogs fur and put some on the carpet.

oooh and depry isn't bent anymore but he still cant really swim.

So, the trap door is the round part like a slice from a tree? with the rings?
Uh...yeah. It's the part that opens and closes that is not part of the shell. I suppose it does look like a tree with rings
Operculum
Many marine and freshwater water and few terrestrial species of snails foot's have a "lid" or "trapdoor" (operculum) at the rear of their foot. The operculum seals the shell when the snail withdraws into it.

he likes to rest on the heater. I was gonna get a new one since its a tetra 5o watt and it cant even heat up 1/2 gallon. I want to move derpy into something bigger but I dont know if it would be to stressful for him or not.

I'm glad Derpy is still with us. He could just be an old, sickly man.

I'm off for a while. Got a feeding for Kelsey at 2AM, then another at 8AM. Each feeding lasts about an hour soooo . . . yeah. If I'm not on much in the next few days/weeks, it's because I'm either feeding the cat or I've passed out from lack of sleep. :D

Niiiiiiiight allllllllll!

I suppose he could be old. Most of the ones I see at petco are pretty young.

I should get a 5G and divide it. Tangaroa needs a heater and I do not like keeping derpy in a .5G. Not that he swims but I haven't had time recently to do enough WC's on it. I can stuff his side with plants so he can rest if needed. The downside is - no outlets avalible for a filter. I need my own apartment so I can have as many Tanks as i want!

How is it a mere 43 here NOW but its supposed to be 90 later on today? I had to shut my window and the heat already come on
and why do I get the feeling this baby betta is a male? Not really a baby anymore but still young. However neither the male or females go after it.....yet. Please be female. One gender confused male in my soriety is already pushing the limits.
