If i do two 30-40% water changes a week, would this group be okay? I know people have kept angels with bettas, but if things don't work between the groups, I'll bring them to the pet store probably. I really need more floating plants wow

Just heard through my sister that I'm "getting the keys to my friends place so I can feed her rats while she goes out of town".. I was like o-o. Nice to know my freidn appreciates me enough to ASK me herself instead of just assuming. My sister only knows because through the strange 6-degree of separation world of kijiji, she found my friends ad to re-home her young hairless rat.
