I love glass cats. Too fragile or too big for my set ups though.
They're one of my favourite fish.
I only like paraiba angelfish.
I have a single glass cat{ I know....I know!} I bought him a year ago..the lady at the fish store told me he would be a great fish for my 5.5 gallon tank he is doing fine...though I'm sure he is lonely. A friend of mine is getting ready to get a shoal of glass cats when his tank cycles and I said he can have my glass cat...but now that I have that 30 gallon I can put him with some buddies and the could all be awesome together in their new bigger home.
Haha, lil fellers. That reminds me, I have to take a photo of Pip and Reuben side by side. You guys will be amazed at the size difference. Reuben is twice Pip's size, and now they are neighbors in the divided tank.
I always knew Pip was a small betta, but beside Reuben (a large betta), the effect is adorable.
well time to go to work and play taxi also coworker needs a ride XD and i either need to move closer to her or her to me she is on the other side of the city. laters all
it's working fine right now, next time it does cut out I'll rinse out the, er, box. I'll just set the media aside. I did ditch the carbon insert, not sure if one of the foam pads will fit where it was.

Is it an aquaclear?
I run sponge, sponge, bio bag in the AC50 and sponge, sponge in the AC30. I did have the activated carbon bags in both of them until I found it they remove heavy metals and that defeats the purpose of me dosing the tanks with flourish.
