Sigh... this is an ad- I bought this tank I'm never home well my fish died! This tank is white on the cover but lights up like the picture. Awesome for a kids room as a night light! Rainbow rocks included, cover and inside bubble wall. Paid $50.

argh so. when i was picking around my tank for baby snails, i pulled up the candle holder my sword was planted in, and the stem/leaves were dying. sniffed it and OMG I DIED A LOT. the sword plant is gone. i'll buy a new one and try planting it in the substrate again.
blah. oh well, i'll still buy those root tabs from you, Sakura! my crypts will like them
edit: my friends keep buying the prettiest fish...

So I moved into my very first apartment today! Tomorrow I will start unpacking! It's so strange, and scary, yet awesome being on my own!

I don't get kids' fashion these days. The more I look at them, the more I feel like I am in the past. Why are they wearing styles from the 80's, now?

Yup. Taffeta skirts, fishnet arm thingies, colorful leggings, and crimped hair with big bows tied in them.
It all looks so ridiculous to me. I remember when they were in style the first time around.
And don't get me started on skinny jeans.
