Aahnay, she's 12 and the feeding thing is touch and go. Sigh.
Relic, well, the parents should care for them for several weeks so all you really need to do is change the water and feed them. You can plop some live plants in (floating wisteria/cabomba are good) for infusoria. Frozen or live baby brine shrimp are great foods for fry. Use a syringe to target feed. Doubt a store would take them until they are at least 1 inch long. That's usually the policy.
Put Scooter in a hang-on refugium box but not sure either of us like it. The thing is noisy and with it hanging on the 20gal, I can't close the lid. May just go back to the half-filled 2 gal and the drudgery of changing it often.
Well I'm all moved in to the new apartment, and it's very lonely here with only my fish to talk to haha. My friend gave me back my old rat cage that I let him borrow, it's all cleaned out and fully stocked... and the local lfs is open for a couple more hours... Hmmmm... I'll be back on later!
