Oh yea, Kinetic! NOWHERE in the USA same sex marriage is allowed? what? I always thought Newfoundland was a stitch behind the times but I know a few married couples who are same gender. Ellen and Portia got married during that brief phase when it was legal in CA and then our stupid state legislation repealed it and I'm not sure but I think it's still all tied up in Supreme Court. I believe it's legal in Vermont, NY, Massachusetts . . . maybe a few other states.
