my nerites ate cucumber, zucchini, and algae wafer. They would probably eat lettuce.

But if I stick that stuff in my tank won't it make the water gross and cloudy??
Is algae a staple food source for them for now?

Yuppers..they were out and about in like 2 minutes...the package, however was totally soaked. LOL

I spent two hours removing, trimming and changing the water in the planted tank...lo and behold I see my snails again. I decided to leave the driftwood till I find some chollo wood. Can't wait till my fishies arrive in the mail :D

Yeah, the bottom of the box was soaked but the snails were fine :D

One was on the glass and the other was last seen on my mopani wood. At least someone likes the wood.

in other news...
the bottom of the foxtails stem was dead so I cut it off but that also means I cut the roots off and replanted. Was that a bad move? I think I read someplace that you can replant their trimmings

Were they MTS that Bekah sent you?? Those are like coming out of the woodwork at the lps. Surprised there were none on the nerites I bought lol
