Have you tried Cost Plus? I've seen mint Aeros there, if they're the kind of bar I'm thinking of. Chocolate with lots of holes in it?

That would be it but I have never heard of cost plus.

Aero is a milk chocolate bar filled with bubbles of air (see air chocolate), made by Nestlé and primarily sold in the United Kingdom (where it originated), Ireland, Mainland Europe, Brazil, South Africa, Argentina, Australia, Middle East and Canada.
Another place to find them is in the United Kingdom section of the World Showcase at Epcot, Disney World
