Yes, you need a brine shrimp net. I use one for my bettas anyways because its softer and doesn't have a risk of tearing their long and flowing fins.

A men's handkerchief actually works even better to catch the smallest artemia nauplii.

he's a good 2.5 to three inches I'd guess. Easily as big as my giant lady. If not bigger. I haven't quite decided what to do about the food. I just left him for the moment to get adjusted. He's turned nice and orangish back in the tank. He (I'm calling him since I don't know how to sex this kind yet!) has just been sitting in the down pour idly flicking his fans.

I'll probably do some powdered flakes or algae wafer and dissolve and squirt at him once or twice a day just to make sure he's getting enough. I might ask on the main part of TFK, or at least one of the invert gurus.

Here's hoping the girls leave him alone tonight! Will check on him when I feed the corries.

Oh man its 30C in my room, LOVING IT.

Trying to decide if I should watch another movie tonight or not, lol. My life problems.

On a more serious note, dogs are idiots and I want them out of my room. Zara keeps trying to cuddle and she's getting hair all over my tights. And Mocha, really don't need to say anything about Mocha... Yikes.

The good news is the cichlids and goldies get along great now.
The bad news is I want more goldies.

And the best news is that I finally know what to write about for that Catholic scholarship essay about abortion. Yay money hopefully. 1st place is $1500 so hey that's pretty swell.
