So I just checked Bunny's abscess, and it is not as bad as yesterday. The pressure is down and I didn't even have to lance it tonight. I cleaned her cheek and neck up though bc she had some dried up pus there and she smelled. (Oh, I lanced it last night) Also, Bunny decided to start her winter molt at the same time so yesterday I didn't save what I plucked off her.. Tonight I have a full handful, not counting what was on my pants and the towel she was burritoed in (and the strays which go into the air and into eyes, nose and mouth -_- ). I'm saving it daily until she's done molting bc I never done it before. I know she lets off an awful lot of fur!! lol

So stay tuned to find out how much approximately a 5 pound bunny sheds in fall!! (bunnies molt twice a year, which is a nice way of saying hell-fire-apocolyptic-war-shedding. )

Laki, you should learn to spin! Exotic fiber yarns are all the rage for knitters/crocheters. Make bunny earn her keep. :D

Back from the vet. Riz makes the cutest squeaks. Sounds like a rusty door. He never has learned to meow. Only squeak.

omg, totally didn't think about spinning/selling her fur!! Gah, this lagomorph eating and pooping up a storm for 6 years. When I worked at the clothes place Joe Fresh we got in angora socks and I was like, "heh, these are like giving black socks to bun during a molt" the little strings/hairs came out and everything. It was gross. The pair of socks were like 16$ too. I could totally make them for free with my little baggie of bunny fur haha

Should spin bunny a sweater with her own fur. And a scarf for Ollie.

i'm really tempted to put some neon paper on the back of my sorority tank. a customer came through today with scrapbook paper that was basically neon pink lace. it'd be sooo cute and match my ridiculous caves!
