Isn't it just called a perpetual motion clock? A lot of companies made them.
I'll post a photo of my ring on twitter later. xD

Back. The ants crawled up the dresser and were roaming around the rim of the tank. I flicked most of them in (happy girls). Never did figure out where the ants were coming from though. Just put down Chinese ant stick to keep 'em away. Why they didn't go for the cat food on the floor 3 yards away . . .

Azeri passed. No more bettas for a while.

Also, tried out new cat treats and almost got mobbed. I guess the kitties like them. o.O

Serpentarium has the kind of tortoise I want. It's a Sulcata tortoise, gets 24" big and 200 lbs. Problem is I have nowhere to put a big enough basking pen. Dang.

Those torties can bash through a concrete wall.

Awesome, right? Strap a little saddle to it and take the cats for a ride. But I'd practically need a room to devote to it, since it needs constant 75-85 F and a basking lamp, as well as at least 20% humidity. The ones at the store were the size of a hand though. I wonder how fast these things grow. Maybe I could get away with keeping it in a rubbermaid tub for a few years.
