One of my sparklers has a huge mouth wound and it looks like he's gonna go. Noticed it before but thought maybe it'd get better. Derp. One of the boys.

Newfoundland is the epicentre for old classic rockstars. We had Kiss, Aerosmith, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Supertramp, April Wine (actually these guys come a lot), Tom Petty.. Um... Who else.. Now Huey Lewis. Yea, it's nice here.. I would kill a kitten to see the Eagles. Actually, no I wouldn't .. Me and the kitten would stage its death but I would raise him and he would understand but grow up with a severe complex.

So, I just cleaned the tank (few days overdue.) I want to go to the lps NOW and get like an army of pond snails to eat the little squiggly things in there. And like, most of my hygro is dead and egg smelling so I was hauling it all out and totally ripped the freshest, growy-est stalk in there.. It didn't look very thriving but its roots were like I scalped someone. o-o

Aw, Bekah! Baby angels!! I cross my fingers and toes for you!
