another question, what type of lights should I get for plants, and happy early thanksgiving!

afternoon all ended up sleeping in today but need to remember to turn off ringer on phone it woke me a few times

power died for about 10 minutes. Had to clean and I mean CLEAN both filters.

ugh i need to clean all of the fish tanks today
also the lights were on all night :S woops. they're off now though

@bettasareawesome for live plants you want to look up the light requirements of the plants you want. Low light plants didn't grow in my tank I was advised to pick up a florescent 6500K light. the 'k' is for kelvins. That's all I know. The petstore sells them for 16$ here -_- (for the screw in type) and Home Depot and other store like that have them for a lot cheaper in other places (Our homedepot, canadian tire, rona don't carry them)

Spends the day at home to study and catch up on homework. Turns the heat up to get cozy, goes to bed. -_- Day is gone now o.o
