Technically, that cut is the old hunting cut they had for when they were working dogs. It's only done now by show dogs and people wishing to educate about the old hunting poodles were bred for. Not many people think of them as a working breed. I hate the look of it though.
^^Oh I know about that. :D But what I was talking about was THIS xD

And there are ZILLIONS of more pics of other cuts and dye jobs if you look for them on google :P

Kinetic, out of curiosity, which store was this?

Too much work goes into shows like that. I think the end product looks cool on those bedlingtons but I'm sure there's hours of gruelling standing-no rest for these dogs to look this way. Dogs need to play! A simple dye job like Tiki did with Bubbles is fine. I don't think it's cruel but there are some people who go to the extreme with it.

Hopefully your Great Uncle feels better soon DQ.

If I can get BF off the computer (gaming :P), then we can get our xmas cards done. :P

I am watching a really cool show from 2010 about how they found out who King Tut's father and grandfather were, and now they are trying to figure out who his mother is. They are wondering if Nefertiti is his mother. We will see if that is the case by the end of the show!

That sounds interesting Pearl. I had a huge realization that there is NO educational tv left pretty much. I'm thinking of getting rid of Nat. Geo, and ordering the Science channel instead now.

I've been looking through specimens of elephant noses, and I think the fish at the store might be a species that only hits 8" and is more tolerant of harder water. Got my hopes up. Messaged Izzy with the photo comparisons. Fingers crossed guys, I may have a little dolphin of my own..
