You've just fed my love of goldies the meal of a lifetime. Now the sorority plan is history.

I'd love a Shubunkin, but I heard they can get just as big as Kio.

Those are single tails, and while you can keep them in there technically, most people say it's not enough room (as they swim fast, while fancy goldfish "waddle" through the water".) However it's easy to find fancies with the calico colors.
Some sizes for fancies..
Fantail: 8"
Lionhead: 6-8"
Telescope: 6"
Bubble eye: 6" (can not mix with other types-too fragile)
Oranda: 10"
Black moor: usually will hit 10"
Ryukin: 6-8"
The only thing is.. I would not get 7 orandas, as that extra 2" is a lot! These are general sizes for pet quality fish.

I have my comet goldfish in with my koi and she's as big as they are, about 9" now. I want a waddler fish!

Thanks for the info! I wanted a shubunkin because of the one i had when i was younger. He was like my little doggie. He was right there waiting for me to wake up every morning. Little spaz he was.

Now i need to remember how wide the 75 gal light strips are. I tink were gonna cut the plexiglass tomorrow.
