So, interesting I thought, my uncle is visiting from Poland, and he saw people had dairy cows out in the field in the middle of winter. He told us in Poland the government would have taken those cows for animal cruelty because dairy cows need to be kept in heated barns over the winter. And it's warmer there than here. o.O
Also when I was in Poland another farmer told me he had to live trap pest rats and have a vet euthanize them humanely.
This, in a former communist country. *shakes head at American animal welfare policies*
EDIT: Haven't been on this thread for a while and too lazy to go back through what I missed. Someone fill me in?
And I got a hamster. When she comes out of her cave, I'll try to snap a pic. Oh wait. Camera battery's recharging. o.O
Congrats! You will LOVE it! My husband and I just got one back in late August; we had a 1995 Chevy Tahoe and were lucky to get 14 mpgs, while the Civic gets 40. Hondas are such good investments in that they retain such good resale value. What color?
Okay cats, fish, rats, hamster, the only thing your really missing is a dog, reptile of some sort and a bird and you'd have a petstore, or some little kids dream house. What type of hamster is it? And color, well goodnight have jazz band in the morning.
MoMo is adorable! Does he bite you much still? Evita bites but it seems to be mostly out of curiosity so far. She's a Syrian. I was really wavering between her, a Long-Haired Teddy Bear or a Robo. She won out because of her unusual coloring.
