Anyone else's heater do this? It appears to be bubbling when turned on and it has little bubbles on the lower part of it.
BTW: that's a video. Clicky it.

I widened the whole by taking all the baseboards off. Put yummy yogurt treats out. Sitting waiting and cursing myself for not hamster-proofing the room. She's much smaller than the rats.

Laki that is sadly what these anti-gun people are unintentionally causing. My dad thankfully taught me and my brother as he and his brother were taught. the first thing was never point the gun, loaded or unloaded, at anyone; either point it up or down. Safety is next godlyness to gun owners and no one ever seems to mention it. My nephew is taking a class in his school so he's good and my 6yo niece was curious about our guns so we taught her how to treat them, that they weren't toys and to never point them at anyone and answered any questions she had so she doesn't go looking for them.

Oh nos sakura, try baiting her out with food! O_O

How would you say the school of thought in Canada differs from the American?

Thanks Bekah! LOL

You might have to prepare a trap. Get a bucket and prop it up with a stick. Rub banana or something delicious and squishy on the stick so she will have to lick it to get it, thereby pushing the stick out and trapping herself.
Might have to leave the room or she might not come out.

Wait, kinetic.. They teach gun safety in schools?!

My old ham wouldn't chew on wood, so I always rubbed yogurt drops to lure him. lol Lay her cage on the floor open, and build a little trail of food to it. Hamsters are home body's, they will always return.

Just the way you are raised Maisy. I'm very observant so I notice huge differences in lifestyle when I go there, to Cuba, to Poland, wherever. So far American culture is my least favourite (well besides Montana for some reason the people in Montana stand out as amazing to me) and Eastern European is my favourite (probs biased though but I feel so at home there.) xD
The only thing I like about Canada vs Poland is that it's socially acceptable to go out in public in my PJs here while in Poland people would laugh at you. xDD

Experimental Goldfish Food #2:
Now with:
-Double the gelatin for better holding
-Green beans, peas, and carrots
-High vitamin E added (grow babies grow D:)
We're rivaling Hikari here and I NEED A LIFE. xD

I have this sinking feeling we are going to have to cut the wall open. She has been scrabbling and scratching and chewing for at least a half hour now. I'm afraid she might be stuck. Have to wait for my dad to come home from work. The sounds she's making don't sound like the sounds of a hamster exploring. Ie, she's not running back and forth in the wall. She's just scratching and scrabbling a lot.
