I wonder where to get healthy java moss?? Silverfang, do you know?? PetsUnlimited have such grotesque mops of it I don't trust them.

Sleepy. Time for shower. I want tea at the same time but ...

Tropical! They get it in on occassion. And I've seen them pull out a clump from the display tank before.

My LFS has started carrying java moss. I think they get their shipments in on Saturdays. So I'll get me a fresh batch ;)

Hmm I had IBS-D for a year after eating some bad chinese food. It snowballs on you. I can give you some advice based on how I cured mine. Shrimp, lots of shrimp. They contain mild doses of iodine, a natural anti-diarrheal, but you do need to really chow down on them.

I was one foot in the grave and they saved me!
