I have stomach pains everyday.. Figured I should cut the caffeine intake so I did but blah. Maybe I'll start eating prunes again.

If it's the other way around it could be IBS-C, in which case shrimp still may work but probably a healthy dose of fiber would be good too!

IBS-D is irritable bowel syndrom plus diarrhea IBS-C is irritable bowel syndrom plus constipation. Usually people will have one or the other but it's not uncommon for IBS to switch between the two sometimes.

I spent a year with IBS-D after eating bad chinese upset my system and it is very much like dysentery. By the end I was one foot in the grave, couldn't keep wieght on, weak, and my hair was falling out. I went to red lobster and ate my weight in shrimp because hey if I ain't going to gain an ounce why care. Well it turns out shrimp contains iodine which cured it.

I have a feeling I am going to loose everyone in the 20G - Apple Bloom, Opal Essence, Princess Azula, Zecora and Ba Sing Se. They may have caught whatever it is India had. No idea how the pelcos are as I never see them.

Supposedly we have a very high iron concentration in the water. Does that effect fish?
