Realize that I can't do anything to my pea puffer tank for a while because, for the way I want to plant it to succeed, I have to do it dry-start first and I have nowhere to put the puffers for 3-6 weeks. Oh well. Took all the snails out to see if they were still alive. They are. Most don't have antennae anymore but they're alive.
Lunch tomorrow with an old friend from church. He's an undertaker at one of the big mortuaries in Sacramento. Always an interesting story from him.
Laki, have you googled freshwater limpets? I just reread an article in an old TFH magazine about hitchhikers in the aquarium and limpets are some. They are like snails but uber small, like milimeters.
I wonder how you get so many interesting critters in your tanks.
