It looks good pearlfish even though it looks more like jumbalaya than gumbo (they're practically the same anyways). I could make mine the slowcooker if it weren't for the roux part, and it'd be better than standing over a pot for 5 hours! >.<

@laki: I knew they could flatten their rib cages but they're like hamsters from what I understand in that they're only limited by what they can fit their skull through. The critter keeper is still a viable option as I'll set aside the lid and make a make-shift one out of screen, but now that I think about it if I were going to go through that trouble I would probably just make a bin cage.

Also ACK this dang cold is killing me! :(

I add tomato and more spices/seasonings to my Jambalaya, it looks a lot more vibrantly colored, and more soupy, and cus of the roux in the gumbo its thicker. :) I love the flavors of both though.

Here is an older pic of my Jambalaya:

Bekah, take pics, take pics!

A B is good for a hard science class like that, Pearl. :) Lots of scientific names to remember.

Good luck on your exam, Silverfang! You'll do great.

Hi Yuuie! Hi all!

No, I don't add sassafras. (we learned in Botany BTW, that sassafras is derived from a root if anyone was wondering :P :P)

OMG, 40 more minutes in Botany lecture class...

All I know of sassafras is that makes great root beer.

40 more minutes after the exam? UGH.
