Darn new york.

Hoping i can sleep my sinus issues away. also that they aren't painful on my trip. i know that's more than two weeks away but these issues recur so often that i wouldn't be surprised. positive thinking time!

I have looked at so many tiles, carpets, kitchens and bathrooms today my brain is fried.

I'm excited our house is getting renovated but there is so much planning and me and my mum have basically the opposite taste in everything.

No but I am assuming that she has won another race by your smileys.

Her half brother went for 5 million recently. Very nice horse. Be interesting to see how all her siblings go on track.

Win number 25. She's amazing. And yeah, I couldn't believe how much he sold for. She was bought for $250,000, I think?

I'd be so nervous owning such a valuable animal. Especially a horse. They seem extremely accident prone.

Bedbugs are a huge problem nowadays sadly. :/
Hopefully you don't have them. Yea, they are super common in New York. Yuck, dirty New Yorkers.
I read about a family who went through like three funigations and lost all their life savings trying to get rid of them. The fumigation supposedly doesn't kill eggs or something. The best way to deal with them is to heat your house to extremely high temperatures, since that kills everything (companies do that).

FORGET FUMIGATION!! Get Diatomaceous Earth. My sister bought some at Canadian Tire and eliminated her bedbug problem (huge problem in Montreal as well) .. DE and the landlord brought some lethal poison stuff which I don't think worked as well, just made a mess and buying a new mattress. DE is safe for the environment bc it's just crushed coral or something. It works on fleas too, Sakura, I highly recommend you try sprinking DE around. It's safe to rub on cat skin and its safe for them to lick it off (gets rid of internal parasites too!) Holy crap, I never understand why so many people think paying thousands of dollars for nothing.. Holistic living everyone! weo!

+1. It's the dead diatoms from the ocean and it is extremely abrasive to bigs, so it kills them. IMO always worth it to try a safe and natural route before resorting to chems.

In other news, I thought it was done snowing. :(

Heat treatment doesn't leave a mess. Plus you get every bug and egg in every nook and cranny really quick.

Also, omg amazing.
