I have the opposite question. :(

It says I am subscribed to coffeehouse thread and rant thread for an instant message, but they aren't listed near the top of my subscriptions list and they aren't sending me any notifications for those threads. I need help to somehow re-subscribe or something :(.

I miss so much on here without the notifications.

Pearl, make sure the emails aren't going into your spam box. That's happened to me before.

He looked pretty normal...no outward signs of any issues. Maybe it was his time to go?

I'm trying to decide if I should get some cories....

I'm sorry :( ibet you'd have room to add the stripes and keep the other kuhlies. or do one shoal loaches and one shoal of cories.

i do love cories though. mine were being goofy yesterday. pretty cute.

I was going to trade in the brown guys for the striped guys for OMP. I barely even see my brown guys. I'll have to dig up the substrate to find them :/

Did anyone else see this and think those goldfish looked pretty stunted for being 35 years old? I particularly like this line at the bottom:

Quote:
Those kept in small tanks - like Splish and Splash - are not generally expected to live longer than ten.
Well my uberis pair are looking slightly better this morning. Their sons were fighting yesterday over who got to sit in the film canister I put in so hopefully they are on the mend. I'm going to keep the temperature at around 30 degrees for the next week and start a course of aquarium salt today.

Saw what happened in Texas on the news yesterday. What a terrible thing, especially for it to occur so hot on the heels of the Boston bombings. You guys in the US can't seem to catch a break lately.

Well, those are long bodied goldies. Similar to comets. Long bodied goldfish are recommended for much larger tanks and ponds. Mostly because they need more swimming space/get much larger. So living in that tank(10 maybe 20 gallons) they likely got stunted quite a bit and maybe even never got water changes
