I think even my stunted 5 or 6 year old shubunkin is bigger than those goldfish appear to be. Their heads also look slightly malformed.

Just goes to show though how tough goldfish are. I do think though that their inherent hardiness is often to their detriment.

Don't understand baseball so I cut it from the quote Also, thanks for this. I don't do twitter but I do enjoy looking at things on people's rabbits. I stuck a cookie on Acacia's head once bc she wouldn't take it (health cookies for her recurring chin abscess) and so on the head it went. she got mad.
*ETA* found s-o-m-r on tumblr and holy crapmittens it's hilarious. A small colander. an outlet cover... *dies* It's funny bc bunny's usually will stay still when you touch their heads, at least long enough to do this to them.

Sorry to hear about all the bombs and dead fishies and sick ones too. What a sin.

I just finished writing my final history paper of my BA. Graduates in May, last exam tomorrow morning. I'm like itchy all over with excitement.

Also, my Montreal sister who reddits all the time contacted me last night asking if I wanted aquatic plants bc someone on r/Newfoundland was getting rid. I am going to get them tomorrow.. Some java moss, water wisteria and something else easy to care for. FOR FREE.

Well, this was 35 years ago. And the fish where won at a fair. The fair probably gets the culls from breeders. Cheap, easy and maybe even free prizes that will cost $1 to play/try to win.

My shunbunkin was probably a bit bigger too and he was housed in a 20 gallon(when I was a kid). I hated the fact that I didn't have another tank when my dad busted my tank. Should knew better than trying to move an entire 20 gallon tank dad!!!

That moment you look down, realize your entire finger is soaked in blood dripping everywhere, and you have no clue when it happened. O.o
I don't think picking juniper berries is worth it, lol. Did not get very much and when I got home I realized I was all bloody.

Lol yes!

This man is an idol to me. It is amazing what he can do with a tank. http://theaquaticgazette.com/2011/04...-private-tank/
