Its flooding here, we tore down a wall in the basement to get it more waterproof and found what looked like something out of a day care behind it, Ill have to remember tp post a pic. of it.

Does anyone know anything about golden loaches?

Classes are over. Labs are all done and passed in. GIANT presentation, working program, and report are all handed in.

Just three finals to go.

That's not your oriental. Who is that adorable face?

Dead bats? Flooding? Snow? YIKES!

And in other news, went to every pet store in town and my favorite LFS today. o.O Got two Java ferns from Petsmart and a black lava rock. Tied one to the rock and another to a piece of cholla wood. Doesn't look too bad in there considering that's all I have for now. Sure hope the LFS gets more Vietnamese White Clouds in though. Two is a tiny number.

Saw a baby bettta at Petco who was pineconing. Such tiny tiny scales all raised up. :(

It's when the scales stick up. Usually it's a sight of dropsy (swelling of body caused by fluid caused by organ failure caused by infection. Is fatal.).

That's Bandit our 14 year old cat. He nearly died a couple months back from pancreatitis and thyroid issues and lost half his weight. Now he lives inside and plans his whole day around escaping down into the rumpus and stealing food while you aren't looking.

We have four cats. Only one not seen on here is Whistler my dad's cat who me and my mum don't give back haha.

Poor little baby betta. I hate when they start to pinecone, you know then that the end is usually pretty near.
