Matt, I'm not sure I see anything. I don't see any big gaping holes, that's for sure.

Does it have like pinholes in its head? I find a lot of bettas have this. Doesn't seem to effect them in any way. I don't think that's HITH.

Those little pinholes under his mouth? Ok good. Like I said I've never had anything to do with HITH so I wouldn't know...

Well I think its official, Im going to split the 10 gallon into probably 4 sections for bettas after I clean the tank to rid of disease, by the way how should I clean the tank and should I get the clear dividers or try to find some that arent see through?

The only thing you have to be mindful of, is any medications containing malachite green. Not only does it stain, but it is also light sensitive and so treatment needs to be done in a darkened tank otherwise it may not work. Not sure how much of an effect this will have on your plants.

I find ich and velvet really hard to dislodge even with high temperatures. My tanks have been sitting at 30/31 degrees celsius and I still have velvet present. It is quite frustrating to deal with those parasites as their life cycles are long and they are hard to completely eradicate.
