Can anyone here recommend an air pump that is quiet enough for a bedroom, has two or more outputs, isn't ridiculously expensive, and available on amazon.ca?

Lol. If no ill just make a thread. Thanks and good night!

Are there such things as quiet airpumps? I run three in my bedroom and it provides some nice ambient white noise haha.

Just made the two hour bus trek to the fish store and back to get myself a pair of Australe gold killifish. They had a beautiful marble HMPK male but I wanted the killies and all of the splendens I have ever gotten from them have not lived very long.

Going to start slowly building up my killifish collection once more.

Well, you know. Quiet for an air pump.

I bought the old school sponge filter setup by pennplax (I think) and the pump which comes with it is nearly SILENT o-o http://www.petsathome.com/wcsstore/C...large/7299.jpg This one, despite someone here telling me it was garbage. And, it's still perfect. I've been using it since January when I got my RCS.

I called the local aquarium store here about nerites. I NEED one for Osha's tank. Desperately. Last time I had the same tank in the same window with Ludendorff I never seen a speck of algae (and that was without live plants) now I can't get rid of it!(AND I have live plants!) So I slept on the idea and I think I'll just need another nerite.

Still refusing to go to large chain stores. At least aq 101 is a local business and after their initial imported stock they now breed their own stock and work with breeders (that's where I picked up Osha from).
