I'm surprised at how depressing everyone is, my parents are always saying I should just not care about it and that's that. There's so much goodwill on earth that I have a ton of hope; and if you don't have hope, you have nothing at all.

Me and Mocha met this wonderful snake outside today. :D He was enjoying the sun too.

I'm pretty sure rattle snakes are the only poisonous snakes in Canada and they're rare and only in the south. Whenever I see a garter snake here I get excited 'cause snakes are so unusual where I am lol.

Wow. What type of snake you think it was? The only water snakes I can think off are the moncinsons (sp) and anacondas.

It's called a northern water snake. :)
Missisauga rattlesnakes, but they are further south than I am. They were talking about how there is an incredibly high amount of bites this year, but most bites come from people who try and pick them up. Hello people, rattlesnake.
