His fins were almost completely bitten down and he was a pale white. Most of his fins have grown in and he's a beautiful blue.

Anubias or java fern are two options. They require minimal care and can grow without the need for additional lighting.

Anubias won't grow too large for the tank?

Lol I hated River Song. I stopped watching Dr Who because I couldn't stand her character for some reason.

LiamB, Anubias nana stays nice and small and wouldn't grow too large for a 1.5 gallon tank.

I decided to just do it, I mean, if something goes wrong I can always do something about it. I put all my girls in the 20g at once and I looked at them. At first, their only thought was "Yay! Food food food swim swim.". No one cared about anyone, very peaceful. But then Alice decided to flare at everyone, chase everyone.... And she made everyone act like that ... She would challenge anyone and bite them, I mean, she bite everyone like a thousand times. I removed her out of the tank, she can never be in a sorority again. And since that, everyone's back to peaceful again, like they always knew eachother, the only one that was acting like a devil was Alice. Adelin seems to be the leader and no one cares about, they just accept it. I thought this would go wrong so badly, but everyone is sooooo peaceful and act like they're friends, I'm so happy!!

Great news Asira! Personally i think the "remove all females and rearrange tank" method is unnecessary. i just add new girls as i get them. never had a problem :)
