Question Heavy breathing

I am sorry about posting so many threads, but I have
a problem want the best for my fish and one of them is
breathing heavy and being very crazy, Is this a sign of internal
parasites? =( Thank you guys for tirelessly helping me with these problems =)

We need some more information...

How big is the tank, how much and how often are the water changes and when was the last one, water temp, filter, live plants, additives used, appetite, tank mates, source water..well water, tap water etc....how long have you had the fish and how long has he been acting this way, any recent changes, list all signs/symptoms.....can you post a pic....
