Question Persistantly sick fish--can I continue salt?

Not sure if this should be in the Diseases section or not.

My sorority girls have caught a bacterial disease, which I have been treating with Epsom salt and metronidazole. I quit the salt after 10 days, and it's now been over two weeks since I stopped the salt. One of the three infected is almost clear and the rest are almost unchanged.

Should I start the salt again? I'm so frustrated that I can't help them.

If the salt isn't doing any good I'd try tetracycline or Maracyn1 and 2 together.
