Ich? (NOT a betta, but an emergency)

I know it's a betta forum, but I'm sure if another fish gets ich, it looks the same, right? I figure it's better to ask people who have seen it before.

This is our newest goldfish in our pond. He's a tiny little guy.
Today, when he came up to eat, we noticed two things.
1) his tail looked chewed
and 2) these white spots.

Is this ich? We have 13 other fish in our pond (4 koi, 9 goldfish), and if he has ich... well, we're not even sure what to do. We've never had an issue with any of the pond fish before.

I think the best thing is to point you to our parent forum. They have a section for Ponds.

Thank you!
I was trying to find a better place to ask, but... well, google failed me, or I failed the internet.

We're taking him in to the pond place we got all of our fish tomorrow, with a sample of the water.
