No other fish could replace him! Also now that i moved them to my family members house (because im in the process of moving to PA), i changed the water and fed them and Woke up this morning to find all my bettas and betta fry to be dead ='(

Could them dying so sudden be because of the water change? Also, my aunt does live in the city so could that be a big problem from well water to city water. I know that i should have put in declorinator, but i forgot and dont have any.

Well my question is, can city water kill a betta in less than a day?

I'm sure it could. No declorinator? Chlorine is brutal on fish! I did a water change a few weeks ago and for some reason I didn't put enough in, and my fish got SO SICK within 10 mins. He almost died. He's still super weak, so I think that probably did it. :( Sorry about your fishies. May they rest in peace.
