I found these worm things on my filter!

I found these little worms in the sponge that I use to quell the flow of the filter. I have never seen these before. There are no live plants that could have brought anything in....ugh I'm looking for pics online now to see if I can't identify them, but here are some of them in my tank and some I took out to see what they were close up before I realized they were alive and moving...:(
I will repost the sticky in a moment...

I don't think so, they're segmented and have antenna. Not midge fly larvae either...still looking.

Hm I don't know then. They just strongly remind me of our fry from guppies and platies. lol
Well, I guess you'd know if you saw any hiding or your males with a bubbles nest..

They almost look like slugs. If that were at all possible. o.O Slugs aren't segmented though.

They look a bit like mosquito larvae, which would make sense since it's summer and there's tons of them out.

They're darker. fatter and shorter then mosquito larvae that I have seen, but maybe they're super babies. Do you guys think I should clean them out or leave them for the fish to eat? You know when someone says something about lice and then you scratch your head unconsciously....I have that feeling right now about mosquitoes!
