So just did it again....

I got another one. Shame. But there is a good reason this boy I have walked past in petco for over a month, he had a bloat issue, then finrot, and all sorts of fun things I had to get him I can walk past a fish once but I cant walk past them more then I think 4 times I looked at him. Right now he has clean water in him cup I am rummaging for a larger container for him. I have a little one but I want to get him something bigger I mean look at him so cute :) and I love his little random shiny splat on his back. This is actually my first ct in a while I am caring for other people's right now but I wanted my own lol.

Glad you got him! He's going to be beautiful when he gets all fattened up and his fins grow back.

gorgeous little guy. believe it or not if you ask most employees at petco to treat a fish or point out fin rot they will take care of it i know i have on several occasions. also i've had customers ask me to change the water so they can see him better or they want more water to see his fins better. i'm only there once a week so i can't be the one to do them all but our bettas rarely have problems our aquatics guy is really good with the water changes and making sure everything is well cared for. lots of behind the scenes stuff only some petcos follow the rules and do. i wont go to the nearest petco to me because their manager doesn't have the whole "pets come first" thing down...

My dad asked if there were actually yellow Bettas. I directed him to the Aquabid thread because I thought they were only in Tailand. It is super to see a yellow in good ol USA! And he is a winner.
How about Sunshine for a name?

Or Sunny? lol

My Betta boy years ago was a VT Dark Yellow/Almost Orange. I would have scooped this boy up too! Congrats!
