Little white worms...

I have a bucket of water sitting in my yard for mosquitos. I noticed a bunch of tiny white worms in it the other day and I'm trying to find out what they are. They're cream colored and have tiny black heads. They're long and skinny and like to crawl on the sides of the bucket. They're about this __ long. I fed some to the bettas and they love them. Anyone ever seen these or know what they are? I live in the south.

I tried they're too tiny, even with the camera set on macro. They're not hurting anything, just some kind of larva I assume. I was just curious. I'm trying to condition a pair for spawning so these little buggers are great until I get more mosquitos.

Yeah, they're probably harmless. It might be planaria. They'll make a good snack for your fish.
