Exclamation I don't know what to do!!!

My fish Monsieur Poisson or Mr. Fish is laying in the bottom corner of his tank. He used to spend a lot of time swimming around. I have no idea what's wrong. I just moved him to a new and much bigger tank. Could that have caused this? I'm not sure he's eaten his food this morning either and he always gets his food right after i put it in the tank. He occasionally will start swimming around for a few min. but then goes right back to laying in the corner. I normally would have given it a little more time to see if this changes but my science teachers fish did the same thing and it died a few days later so I'm really worried. Please help me and my betta!!!

If you can fill out the sticky form that would be great, as the more info we have the better we can help you. Also, if you can get pics of Monsieur Poisson's fins, that would help too. In the meanwhile, hang in there, help is on the way!

Okay, it looks like your guy has some fin rot going on. Find a small container, such as the cup he came in from the pet store or something similar. In a gallon jug of dechlorinated water, put 1 tsp of aquarium salt and let it dissolve. Put this is in the container and add your fish. Float the container in the 10g tank so he stays warmer. Change 100% of the water every day and redo the salt treatment. Continue the salt treatment for 10 days. If, after 10 days, his fins have not gotten better or they have worsened, it may be time to consider a medication.
