Awe, Poor little guy.
Fins do grow back. It just takes a bit of time and TLC. I had one of my guys lose a back fin once...It was a slow regrowth but with clean water and a lil aquarium salt and Almond leaves it did grow back.

Pity she runs a business where caring for animals is important. She sounds like she'd make a better secretary or something. I hope he's doing okay today.

So heres a delema.
I cant float him in ether of my heated tanks.
Im sure my sorority girls would taunt him like mad, and he got super stressed last night because i floated him in the tank with my Half-Moon. I even put the tank divider up so Graphite couldn't bug him directly.
He was flaring at first, it was cute.
He has his colors back now that i took his cup out of the heated tank.

:/ my room is holding steady in the mid to high 70's, but id like his water to be in the low 80's.

Go to the grocery store and get the 8 cup rectangular Gladware. They come 3 in a set and they're pretty opaque. Those things work GREAT as QT containers.
