Help!

I got my new betta about a week ago and when I transferred him over to his new tank he started to show signs of swim bladder. I didn't feed him for a bit and only feed him pea. Since then he has been swimming around like normal, however, yesterday I noticed that his color had started to fade a bit and he was bumping into the rocks at the bottom. I thought he might have been showing signs of TB but this morning his color is back and he's fine. Help!
