Should I get him?

Hey all, at a LFS, I found this really pretty betta, he is a butterfly, his body is a pretty turquoise and his ventral, anal, and dorsal fins are butterfly with turquoise and white, and his tail fin starts as turquoise for about 1/3, then it turned to red for the next 1/3, and ended with white. He's a Veiltail and he has long, full fins. So, Should I get him?

I think I actually will get him, only because of al sad story. My moms betta, which I got her for her birthday( awesome gift, right?) sadly got what I believe is columnaris this morning, and this is an acute case so I feel useless because I can't do anything about it :( I feel horrible because he's dying right now and there's nothing I can do

Humane euthanasia is an option to help a suffering fish. (No flushing it, freezing it, etc..) If you would like, we can send you links and options for helping your fish to suffer no more- if that is something you would be willing to do.
