My new dragons...

I'm liking my copper boy, Newf, so much, I decided to go and check out the breeders other bettas. I shouldn't have...I know I shouldn't have...but I walked away with two more bettas. They're both about 6 months old. One's a definite dragon, and the other one should be, if his parents are any indication (they're both BEAUTIFUL dragon bettas! Crossed fingers!!!).

So without further ado, I present Arthur...



And Pendragon (maybe that's his name, all depends on whether he develops dragon scales or not). Sorry about the blurry shots...he's a quick little guy!

From the pet store at the Village mall? The one who was in the "big" container *pouts* I almost walked outta the store with him yesterday myself.

The lady who breeds them must have brought some more in...I was over to her house and got these guys.

She gave me a bunch of apple snails, too! :D

She's dangerous... I walked into the store and headed for the bettas. She was there stocking something, and I asked about an employee who breeds bettas... that's me she says. Some 30 minutes later I walk out with her card, and dreams of the sorority I will start with her girlies in September. *Swoon*

Her females are GORGEOUS!!! I've told her I'd be back for some when I was ready to set up a sorority.

I don't know which of us is more dangerous, you, me, or her! Haha.

lol...i really do think I'm gonna stop getting bettas now...I've got no room!!!

Unless I come across a black orchid betta... :D

wish I could find a store like that here, you are very lucky (or maybe not...as you are running out of room for fish lol)

I'm planning on starting a sorority at some point and getting all of the girls from her. That way they'll all be used to each other. Except for the female I've got right now.
