Please help me save my betta

Something is seriously wrong with my fish. It had swim bladder disease for a week or so but got over that because I cut back on feeding. Then it got this weird white cloudy stuff in the tank. I cleaned that out and moved it into a 5 gallon tank with a pump today but had to turn the pump off because the fish couldn't even swim on it own against the pump. Now it's just laying on the bottom on it's side not moving. It did that last night and I thought it was dead but this morning it was swimming again. Please help me save my fish's life.

He's probably jus a bit stressed out from having to swim against a current.
Betta's don't like strong currents in the water. Either remove the pump (filter?) or try to slow down the flow.
As for SBD, it's quite common & not a cause for worry unless it isn't caused due to constipation.
Just make sure you keep your betta's tank heated & clean and you're betta will be fine in no time!
