Gravel or marbles?

Whats best for my betta? Gravel or marbles on the bootom of tank?

Never had much luck growing plants in marbles, and bettas do like plants. Go with gravel. Easier to clean too.

i mix, i think the mabels look prettier than gravel but the gravel hold more of the good decomp.
