What do you think of this pair?

I have a bid on the female, and I'm considering the male. I want to start a line of DTPK's. I'd prefer to find a DTPK male since the female is a PK but DTPK's are few and far between. I also want to have a back up pair incase something goes wrong with my marble HMPK pair. I like the male cuz he appears to be long (for a dt) in the body. Do you think this pair would work well together?

the female looks to be a dragon, so you might wanna find a matching male(another dragon). DTPKs might be rare, but i've seen many doubletail HMPKs about. maybe, you could find a HMPK DT Dragon to match your lovely lady? :D

It will take a few generations to create DTPK.
Color wise, she is a dragon but he is regular. You will have a mix between regular PK and HM, PK and HM geno (longer dorsal), Half dragon, non dragon (not sure which combination of color and tail type).

You might not get all the above features and might have to do a second batch of F1 (I usually do 2 - 3 spawns, 1 - 2 weeks apart. Then I cross between batches). Inbreed the DTPK genos in F1. Then inbreed DTPK of F2. Cross breed DTPK F3 to a new PK and re-do the above steps.

It's unadvised to breed DT x DT for 2 generations. So when working with DT, you will always have to cross breed to a single tail, preferably to a new genetic set (not from your line).

I love their colors, so I'd say go for it.
